Fusionex Hosting Fusionex Hosting runs enterprise infrastructure for organisations that are measured on uptime — and takes the 3 a.m. call when it matters.
What Fusionex Hosting does
Infrastructure is a job, not a product you buy once
Fusionex Hosting is a managed hosting provider. The distinction matters: you are not renting components and hoping someone on your team learns to operate them. Fusionex operates the platform, and the SLA is ours to answer for.
Managed infrastructure
Fusionex provisions, patches, monitors and scales the estate. Your engineers ship product instead of maintaining a platform nobody was hired to run.
Security operated, not sold
DDoS mitigation, TLS lifecycle, encrypted storage, privileged access control and immutable audit logging are part of the base service, not a premium tier.
Managed Kubernetes
Single-tenant control planes, upgrades performed in your maintenance window, and a documented rollback. Included on Business and Enterprise.
Regional data residency
Pin workloads and backups to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or London. Replicate across regions over private interconnect when you need a recovery site.
Backups that are restored
Automated backup is the easy half. Fusionex schedules restore testing, because a backup nobody has recovered from is a hypothesis, not a plan.
A named engineer
Business and Enterprise accounts get a named engineering contact who knows the estate — not a rotating queue that re-reads your architecture each time.
Where it runs
Four regions, chosen for residency — not for a map with dots on it
Every Fusionex region exists because customers were being told by a regulator or a procurement team that their data had to be somewhere specific. Latency was the second reason, not the first.

Honest comparisons
How Fusionex compares to the hyperscalers
The hyperscalers are extraordinary engineering. They are also a full-time operational commitment. These pages set out where Fusionex Hosting wins and where it does not.
Fusionex vs AWS
Managed operation against the broadest service catalogue in the industry.
COMPARISONFusionex vs Azure
Fixed monthly pricing against consumption billing and enterprise agreements.
COMPARISONFusionex vs Google Cloud
Operated Kubernetes against self-driven GKE and a platform team you have to hire.

Common questions
Fusionex Hosting, answered plainly
What is Fusionex Hosting?
Fusionex Hosting is a managed hosting and cloud infrastructure provider. Fusionex operates customer infrastructure from Tier III data centre facilities in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and London, and takes responsibility for provisioning, patching, monitoring, backup and scaling under a financially backed uptime SLA.
What does Fusionex Hosting actually manage on my behalf?
Fusionex Hosting manages the operating system and everything beneath it: compute, storage, private networking, load balancing, DDoS mitigation, TLS certificate lifecycle, operating system patching, backups and restore testing, monitoring, and incident response. You keep control of your application.
Where does Fusionex Hosting keep my data?
In the region you nominate. Fusionex Hosting operates SIN1 in Singapore, KUL1 in Kuala Lumpur and LON1 in London. Workloads and backups can be pinned to a single region for data residency, or replicated across regions over private interconnect for disaster recovery.
How is Fusionex Hosting different from AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?
The hyperscalers sell you components and expect you to operate them. Fusionex Hosting operates the platform for you at a fixed monthly price, with a named engineering contact rather than a support tier you buy separately. The trade-off is breadth: they have hundreds of services, Fusionex does managed infrastructure well.
What uptime does Fusionex Hosting guarantee?
99.9% on Startup, 99.95% on Business and 99.99% on Enterprise, measured monthly. Service credits are calculated from independent external monitoring and applied automatically to the next invoice — you do not have to detect the outage or file a claim.
Can Fusionex Hosting migrate an existing environment?
Yes. Fusionex Hosting runs a rehearsed cutover on a parallel environment before any production traffic moves, with a documented and tested rollback position. Migration engineering is included on the Enterprise tier and quoted as a fixed fee on Business.
